Vicki McCoy, M.A., (she/her)
Vicki McCoy is the Managing Director and founder of Cleverpoints™. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions in both health and non-health regulatory colleges, gaining extensive experience in the public sector with a focus on regulation, education and coaching. Committed to delivering innovative solutions that address complex challenges, Vicki has led the successful design and execution of multiple online leading-edge educational programs to support competence development for regulated professionals.
Vicki has a Master’s degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University and holds a Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Innovation from Schulich School of Business at York University. She is also a Certified Coach Practitioner with the Certified Coaches Federation.

Susan Glover Takahashi, M.A., Ph.D. (she/her)
Dr. Glover Takahashi (Sue GT) is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, where for the last two decades she practices, teaches and researches in the areas of curriculum, assessment, and remediation to support professionals’ competence.
Sue GT is the principal in SGT & Associates, providing client focused consulting for organizations and individuals. She is the Director, Education for Cleverpoints™, supporting regulators and professionals by providing case management services and educational programming.
Clark
Mary Clark, M.Ed. (she/her)
Mary Clark holds clinical adjunct professor positions at both the University of British Columbia and McMaster University. Currently she develops and facilitates post-graduate courses focused on strategic writing for healthcare managers and designing continuing professional development programs to build competence and improve patient care.
For 10 years, Mary worked primarily in mental health and substance use before concentrating her career in communications, education, and regulation. As a Senior Coach at Cleverpoints™, she has over 20 years of designing, implementing, and evaluating quality assurance programs, focused on competence development and remediation.
