Recognizing the importance of a structured and efficient flow of information, Cleverpoints™ works on behalf of referring organizations to simplify time consuming, yet time sensitive administrative tasks by managing interactions with regulated professionals while they are actively engaged in the program.
Through standardized reports, organizations receive regular status updates for each regulated professional to confirm continued participation and advise of circumstances in need of immediate attention, including non-compliance with program requirements.
Regulated Professional Referrals
Background info: Submission of a Committee decision and supporting situation-specific case materials are required for all regulated professional referrals.
Timely start: Programs commence within 15 business days of referral, education plan selection and receipt of full payment.
Each education program is facilitated by a dedicated Coach who is also responsible for regular reporting and program summary upon completion.
Case Management Options
One time fee = $390.00 + HST / case (i.e., single regulated professional)
Monthly Subscription = $190.00 + HST / month (i.e., 12 month commitment with maximum of 8 referrals per year)
Note: Programming may be paused to address unexpected occurrences (e.g., documented illness, legal issues) for up to 12 months from initial activation date.
Customized Case Management Fees
Customized approaches to case management fees available upon request for a high volume of referrals (i.e., more than 8 cases per year).
Self referral by regulated professionals are welcome. Contact us to confirm applicable case management fees.
The Education Packages
The Package
Cleverpoints™ programming aims to restore minimum competence levels and/or address complex behavioural challenges. Content is applicable to all areas of professional regulation including conduct and quality assurance cases.
Regulated professional success depends on a competence development and remediation plan that appropriately addresses the identified problem or deficiency. As a result, suitability for the package selected is subject to review prior to commencement of the program.

Additional options, such as program extensions, are available for those needing extra support to achieve successful outcomes.
Education Package 1
Includes an individualized competence development and remediation education program through a series of up to 5 facilitated group sessions for multiple professions. Structured programming approach to address legislative requirements and professional deficiencies with a foundational framework that ensures regulated professionals are well-equipped to meet the demands of their profession.
Program Details
Regulated professional completes competence development and remediation intake form to allow for individualized education program.
Tailored for regulated professionals with an identified need to meet competence gaps and remediate to minimum competency levels.
Up to 5 facilitated group sessions over a two-to-three-month time period accommodating a maximum of ten participants.
Successful completion of the program requires active participation and engagement in group sessions, completion of individualized assignments, and feedback from a dedicated coach.
Upon conclusion of the program, each participant receives an overall score report and individualized summary report.

Tailored for regulated professionals with an identified gap, and possibly unique needs, to meet competence gaps and remediate to minimum competency levels.

Additional Education Package Options
Organization specific reporting requirements are subject to an additional fee.
Participants requiring an extension to achieve successful completion of the education program may purchase up to two additional months for $650 + HST. Allowable extension time commences the day following initial program conclusion. Partial fee may be returned if obligations are fulfilled during first 30 days of extension.
Additional one to one session(s) to review reflection paper or discuss how learning has been integrated into professional practice may be purchased at a rate of $350.00 + HST/per session.
